Although Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara just started dating, the "True Blood" actor has had his eyes set on the sizzling Latin actress for quite sometime now.




According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, a source said that Vergara is Manganiello's "dream girl."




"Sofia is Joe's dream girl! He's been smitten with her for years. He's always had a huge crush on her. Things are going well for them so far," said the source.




The two first met at the White House Press Correspondents Dinner in May. Since then, the stars have been dating and getting very familiar.




"It's very, very new," said another source. "They're having fun and getting to know each other."




The same source also revealed that Vergara wasn't even aware that her new boo has been a long term admirer.




"Sofia had no idea that he had been crushing on her for a while," said the source.




Vergara's love affair with Manganiello follows her recent split with Nick Loeb.




Manganiello just covered the July issue of PEOPLE as the number one hottest bachelor in Hollywood. If Vergara has anything to do with it, the "True Blood" werewolf's bachelor status may change very soon.
