On the 2nd episode of SBS Wednesday/Thursday "It's Okay, It's Love" (director Kim Kyu Tae, script Roh Hee Kyung) broadcast on July 24th, Lee Elle plays the role of a transgender Sera who was a man but had desires to become a woman.  In the end, she actually becomes a woman.

Lee Elle (played by Se Ra) was born as a woman again but because of the opposition from her family, she was placed in a difficult situation. At this time, Lee Elle meets psychologist Ji Hae Soo (played by Gong Hyo Jin) and starts to show the emotions of Se Ra's emotion in a detailed way.

Before this, Lee Elle had also been in a movie "High Heel" as a transgender.
