Fifty Shades Of Grey movie official trailer has got critics reeling!

After its official trailer aired, several critics strongly criticized the film's uncensored sexy scenes. The critics then campaigned for the movie to be banned, and asked viewers to skip the movie altogether upon its release in 2015.

The Telegraph reported that NBC's "The Today Show" aired the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie trailer. The Parents Television Council criticized NBC for airing the movie's official trailer.

The groups making an opposition objected NBC's airing of the trailer at 8 a.m., a time when children were usually watching television.

PTC spokeswoman, Melissa Henson said:

"'The Today Show' and 'Good Morning America' and shows of that ilk. They're on while you're getting your morning situated. They're on while you're getting your kids situated for school or for camp ... trying to get breakfast before you go off to work,"

"The fact that they're romanticizing sexual violence in this way is also very troubling."

Put of sensitivity for the viewers, NBC did not air the entire unedited trailer of the film, releasing a statement from its spokesperson, saying that:

"We are always sensitive to the content we air on our program,"

reminding the media that the trailer was "edited with our audience in mind."

Matt Walsh, a blogger and a radio host campaigned for women in America not to see the film, as he wrote:

"Please do not underestimate the significance of this. Here, now, you have been given the opportunity to grab ahold of our society and drag it back from the precipice. You cannot cure all of our ills, but, if you answer the call, you can at least help us take one small step toward peace and prosperity."
