Wade Robson, an Australian choreographer of some Hollywood celebrities, including Britney Spears and NSYNC, is also one of the said alleged victims of rape case against the late King Of Pop Michael Jackson.

According to DailyMail.co.uk, Robson claim against Jackon is worth of $1.62 billion and it was reported that is has been rubbished by estate.

The accuser said that the alleged first molestation of the late King of Pop happened at the Neverland Ranch, while his sister slept in a separate bed just metres away.

The court asked the estate to reject the Michael Jackson rape claim due to the basis why the accuser waited too long to file, and Jackson is the only other person with knowledge about the accusations and has been dead for more than five years.

Way back in 2005, Australian choreographer was reported testified in court stating that the Pop King had never sexually abused him and this helped the singer beat charges of molestation in California, making his current claim questionable.

He also said that the birth of his son, Jackson's death and therapy that followed two breakdowns triggered his understanding that he had been molested (check out DailyMail.co.uk official post here).
