‘Divergent’ Sequel ‘Insurgent’ to Come Out in 2015; Theo James Says Getting Tattoos For Four Was Painful!

“Divergent” was a highly successful movie of 2014, with a gross of $270 million. With this success, Summit Entertainment gave the go signal the filming of its sequel “Insurgent”. The crew began working on this project in May, this year, and is scheduled to go out in theaters in March, 2015.

Shailene Woodley and Theo James returns in this second installment, along with other movie stars like Ashley Judd playing as Natalie, as well as Maggie Q as Tori.

The movies are based on Veronica Roth’s series of novels published by Harper-Collins. Some say that the books are comparable to "The Hunger Games" because of its theme, where young people in a futuristic society being in a 3-part installment.

According to Fashion & Style, in one of its latest article, Woodley and James will be making risky stunts in the upcoming "Divergent" sequel. The online magazine say that the sets for the movie includes a number of building rooftops connected by zip lines.

Fans who have obtained a DVD copy of "Divergent" which was released on August 5th were able to see a lot of sneak peeks of "Insurgent," along with a few behind-the-scene clips.

James shared with Elle magazine that applying Four's tattoos was painful.

"It took a while to put that on! Sometimes four hours. It was a pain in the rear, but it was fine," James told said. "It's obviously not a bad job to sit in a chair for several hours. You can't complain. What I liked about it was that there's a specific aggressiveness about it, and I didn't want it to look too soft or something. But it has a tree-like visceral element to it, which is cool, but maneuvering that on to someone's back is a work of art in itself."
