Brown Eyed Soul’s Na Ul has been reported to have departed for the States on February 15 to begin recording a song written by world renowned musician Stevie Wonder.

Na Ul will stay in LA for 10 days to record Stevie Wonder’s song and return back to South Korea on February 25. Discussion of collaboration between Na Ul and Stevie Wonder began last year. Stevie Wonder became interested in Brown Eyed Soul and Na Ul in 2010 during his visit to Korea and expressed his interest in collaborating with Na Ul through Santa Music.

During this process Na Ul asked his close friend and song writer Don Spike to help in working on Stevie Wonder’s song. Don Spike has helped him prepare record the song. He is also to accompany Na Ul to the states.

Don Spoke shared, “Stevie Wonder was very impressed with Na Ul’s voice. It seems he think that giving his song to an Asian artist is new and fresh. He showed great enthusiasm in his project.”

A representative Santa Music stated, “The schedule of recording and details regarding the U.S. release of the song is to be coordinated in the States.”

Na Ul debuted in 1999 with a first album and through Brown Eyes in 2001 formed Browned Eyed Soul along with Jeong Yeop, Yeong Jun, Seong Hun in 2003. He is also known as actress Han Hye Jin’s boyfriend.
