Daniel Radcliffe Girlfriend: 'Harry Potter' Cast Member Opens Up About Erin Darke And Falling In Love; 'Oh I Really Like This Person' Said The 'What If' Actor Upon Meeting Erin For The First Time

It seems that Daniel Radcliffe's girlfriend Erin Darke is quite a catch.

The "Harry Potter" cast member opens up about Erin and his views about love and dating in an exclusive interview with Parade.

Daniel has captured the hearts of many with his dreamy looks and his impressive run as "Harry Potter." He is a certified charmer, and so is his girlfriend Erin. It's no wonder the two had an immediate connection upon meeting each other for the first time.

"We met on the set of Kill Your Darlings, and just got on immediately. It was one of those instant things where you're like, 'Oh, I really like this person.' You just have a connection with somebody, and then suddenly it's incredibly easy to talk to them. It was one of those sort of situations," Daniel said.

"Yes. Because there's just been an ease in conversation, a relaxed quality to it. I'm not a very chilled-out person a lot of the time. But there's a relaxed quality to our conversation. There's no effort in it. It's totally flowing. It's a wonderful thing."

Although Daniel and girlfriend Erin hit things right off the bat, he still thinks that love is not an easy thing. When asked about his thoughts on falling in love, the "Harry Potter" cast star gave his honest views about it, saying:

"It's very, very hard to know. We all grow up with an idea of what love is. It's this all-conquering thing that when you find it, all the other problems you have will be overwhelmed and conquered by it," he said.

"Part of the process of growing up is realizing that that's not how it works."

And if there's one thing the "What If" actor is not a big fan of, it would be how technology makes dating all the more difficult nowadays.

"The way we talk online is less personal, less about actual communication, and often not representative of who we are. That technology is supposed to be about bringing people together. In terms of hooking up, I suppose it is and does."
