Rumors suggest that Jason Momoa will play as Aquaman.
One of the writers of MoviePilot.com, Manuel Castellanos, said there are people who reacted negatively when a rumor emerged about Jason Momoa playing the role as Aquaman. The writer himself admitted that he became a fan of Aquaman when the cartoon show Justice League came as the episodes including Aquaman "were amazing, gritty, and incredibly dark for a cartoon", according to his description.
However, the writer added that if Khal Drogo actor of Game Of Thrones will play the role of Aquaman, he will not achieve the pictures and scenes shown on this Movie Pilot post.
Meanwhile, Flickeringmyth and Hollywood Life said that there is no official word from Warner Bros. about Jason Momoa playing as Aquaman. Even the actor has denied this rumor. Flickeringmyth added:
"it seems to be one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood that Jason Momoa is set to portray Aquaman in Zack Snyder's upcoming DC ensemble Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, along with the subsequent solo movie of the King of Atlantis. Momoa's "casting" has met with a generally positive reception from fans."
The publication also shared a fan art work created by artist Rahzzah which shows how the former Game of Thrones star could look as Aquaman.

On a related news, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to be released on March 25th 2016. The casts are returning Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill (as Superman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent) and Laurence Fishburne (Perry White).
