Meanwhile, reports of a "Captain America 3" movie happening in 2016 is already making its rounds on the net. Movies.com reported that the third "Captain America" flick might feature the end of Steve Rogers.
In their interview, directors Anthony and Joe Russo spilled some beans on the new movie's plot, saying:
"We just got another incredible draft from the writers and are very excited about the film. I can't divulge who is going to be in the film, but I think the fans are going to freak out when they hear about it," Anthony shared.
And as for the tension between the former best-friends, Steve and Bucky (Winter Soldier), the Russo brothers had this to say:
"The relationship between Cap and the Winter Soldier was never resolved at the end of the last movie. Thinking about where that relationship can go is a piece of the puzzle for us for sure. That character is a wonderfully, beautifully tragic figure in the sense of is he the world's most feared assassin or is he the world's longest serving POW."
