‘Love Rain’ Can’t Seem To Connect

Producer, "The story line will pick up faster in the 2012 scenes."

One of the most anticipated dramas with an A-list cast hasn't been able to meet expectations.  The first episode only pulled in 5.8% of viewers nationwide. The rating for the second episode was 5.2%. Even the producers are taken aback with the low ratings.

It is discussed that one of the reasons why ratings have been so low was that the story line was going too slow. Viewers have shown their frustration about this. It also doesn't help that their competitor, 'Fashion King,' have been revealing different conflicts as well as love lines already.

However, a lot has yet to be shown. In the fourth episode, the time will switch to 2012. The two main characters from the '70s will be older, and viewers will see Jang Geun Suk and Yoona take on completely different roles.
