‘I Am A Singer’ Original Member Jung Yup Joins ‘I Am A Singer 2’

Jung Yup, the first singer to be eliminated in last year's MBC 'I Am A Singer' has planned to join the cast of 'I Am A Singer 2.'

According to a broadcast representative, "Jung Yup is currently preparing his hit songs for the recording of the contest's opening show."

Jung Yup's return to the show will be a big strength for the producers. The producers had previously promised to bring back an original member. However, after Kim Gun Mo and Baek Ji Young declined the offer, Jung Yup came to play as the hidden card.

His reasons for joining the 'I Am A Singer 2' team has not been revealed yet.

The other singers on the show include Lee Eun Mi, Kim Yeon Woo, JK Kim Dong Wook, Park Wan Gyu, Lee Young Hyun, Lee Soo Young, Jung In, and Park Sang Min.
