In Episode 8 of "I Do, I Do" which was broadcasted on June 21, the drama revealed that Hwang Ji An, the character played by Kim Sun Ah, faces serious health problems that could lead to a miscarriage.

The doctor (Yang Jae Hyuk) who was recommended by Jo Eun Sung kept calling Hwang Ji An but he was not able to contact her. Finally, Hwang Ji An answered the phone, but she rudely said, "If you have something to tell me from now on, send me an email." and hung up the phone. Obsessed with her work, Hwang Ji An ignores her health and puts her pregnancy at risk.

After the phone conversation, a frustrated Yang Jae Hyuk refuses to be her doctor. He shows his disappointment in Hwang Ji An saying, "I have no faith in her. I have never had patients like her. Do I have to beg her to come for treatment? I would not get involved if she is healthy, but she probably will get hypertension and diabetes."

In the drama, Hwang Ji An is diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. Yang Jae Hyuk sees how serious the situation is and worries about the consequences for the pregnancy. However, Hwang Ji An is so occupied at her work that she skips meal, wears high heels, and regularly works over-time at night, just like she did before she was pregnant.

By revealing Hwang Ji An's poor health and the possibility of a miscarriage, the drama has greatly raised people's interest. What will happen to Hwang Ji An's pregnancy?
