Prince Harry revealed his dark secret on #FEELNOSHAME as a campaign for AIDS.

In a video uploaded on Monday, Harry revealed one of his biggest fears is public speaking no matter how big the crowd is. He encouraged other celebrities to speak out about their secret anxieties, fear, or even their guilty pleasures as part of an online campaign to reduce stigma associated with HIV/AIDS with a hashtag #FeelNoShame.

He said in the Youtube, "My secret is, believe it or not, I get incredibly nervous before public speaking, no matter how big the crowd or the audience and despite the fact that I laugh and joke all the time, I get incredibly nervous, if not anxious actually, before going into rooms full of people when I'm wearing a suit. Now I've confessed that, I'll probably be even more worried that people are looking at me, but thank you very much everyone who is taking part."

The Prince of Wales spoke on World Aids Day campaign. He said, "One tragic issue in particular is the shame and stigma linked to HIV. This causes thousands of children to needlessly die each year because they're keeping their illness a secret and not getting the medical attention they need."

Paloma Faith also shared "terrible dark secret" and this is spending hours looking at other people's profiles on picture-sharing website Instagram and eat chocolate when she feels depressed and mad.

Former member of Pussycat Dolls Nicole Scherzinger, 36, who's also a judge on the TV talent show "The X Factor", revealed she often doesn't feel "worth it" or "enough."
