Kendra Wilkinson Escapes Thru ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’ Former ‘Playmate’ Receives ‘Love Letter’ From Husband Hank Baskett

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's marital glitches are no secret to the public eye. Hollywood Life reported that Kendra has been using the show "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!" as an escape after enduring the emotional stress caused by the former NFL Pro's cheating scandal.

"She wanted to do it to prove to herself what a strong person she is, because she has had a tough year. She needed the time out. When it [the news of Hank's alleged cheating] came out, I never left Kendra's side. I was there from step one and it was hard to watch as a friend," Kendra's friend Jessica Hall told The Sun.

According to Daily Mail, the ex-Playmate was brought to tears when she received a "love letter" from her estranged husband when she was thousands of miles in the way in the Australian jungle.

"I'm missing you so much Kendra. It's hard to fall asleep at night not having you by me. This time apart solidifies even more the feeling inside me that I can't live without you," Hank wrote.

Mirror reported that Hank expressed how "desperate" he is to patch up their relationship.

"I just want her home," Hank said as he speaks when Kendra was evicted from the "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!" show. "Hopefully we can make this work out for good. I'm just so proud of her, she has done so amazingly. Now I just can't wait to see her, I can't wait for her to come home. I've been with the kids and we've all missed her. Kendra has had a tough time in there but she got through it and now we are all looking forward to seeing her really soon. I'm happy, I think she is too."

Reportedly, Kendra and Hank are seeing a therapist to help them restore their marriage.
