In the latest report of Hollywood Life, the celebrity couple was spotted leaving a restaurant in New York.

According to the source of Hollywood Life, "They were laughing at a table in the back, held hands and each had the frozen hot chocolate. They stayed for 45 minutes and were there alone with security." 

"Kanye isn't going anywhere. He's a family man and the chatter about he and Kim having problems is nonsense. He hates hearing it, talking about it and even seeing it in print because it isn't true. It makes him angry to see that sh*t people [are] writing about him," the source added.

The divorce rumor of the celebrity couple started in Thanksgiving. Some sources said that the rapper didn't appear in the family gathering, but he spent Thanksgiving in Paris. Perez Hilton reported that Kanye stayed in Soho apartment after 3 weeks not seeing her wife and daughter. 

Then another rumor rose last week, KK met a high-powered attorney in L.A. for a legal separation. Life Intouch magazine claimed, that the relationship of the celebrity couple is already in the rocks after they tied the knot in May. Additionally, a source told the magazine that "Kim was "mortified" when Kanye didn't show up for Thanksgiving. Because of not appearing during Thankgiving, it became "the last straw" for Kim and she's getting ready to file divorce papers."
