Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande were caught being chummy during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014 finale last December 2. The "Thinking Out Loud" singer was seen smiling like "a kid in candy store" while chatting with the 'Problem' singer.
During an interview with Z100, the British sensation finally shared what he was laughing about that night. He wasn't really giddy about being surrounded by models in lingerie but he was actually guffawing about a dirty joke that the "Bang Bang" singer unwittingly shared to him.
"Basically, there were all these big inflatable bouncy black balls that are bouncing around in the crowd on the finale bit," the 'Lego House" crooner started to explain. "Ariana Grande comes up and stands up next to me and just looks at me and goes, 'I love big black balls.'"
Unable to hold it in, Sheeran "burst out laughing" because he was thinking, "If she knows what that means then I love her, and if she doesn't know what that means, it's even better!"
Grande is currently dating rapper Big Sean and Sheeran, thanks to the irony and humor in the situation, couldn't help but laugh at it.
Z100 also congratulated the 23-year-old songwriter for getting three Grammy nominations and for his upcoming sold out concerts.
"There's still a lot more to achieve," he shares, adding that he still hasn't reached the benchmark for being a great artist yet. He admits he's on the way but there's still "a lot more to do."
Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande were joined by Taylor Swift and French musician Hozier during the annual fashion show held for the first time at the Earls Court in London.
Meanwhile, the "Break Free" singer also made of herself during the show. A photo of the young star dodging one of the models wearing huge wings while performing became viral recently.
"A Victoria's Secret angel accidentally smacked me in the face with her wings and it was awesome #goals #bangbangintomyface," she tweeted regarding the funny event.
