Tyra Banks Battling Charges Filed By Angelea Preston!

The battle is not yet over for the former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Angelea Preston as she sued the host/model Tyra Banks.

The former contestant was kicked out from the reality show hosted by Tyra. According to the reports, the production team found out an information about the contestant. Although the final judging episode didn't mention what they've found out, reports claimed that Preston was kicked out because CW learned she worked as an escort before.

Angelea sued Banks for $3 million and filed the breach-of-contract in Los Angeles.

Yahoo News reported that "lawsuit says Preston won the show's Cycle 17 in 2011 and was entitled to a package that included a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics and a magazine fashion spread."

The former claimed she was wrongly disqualified because she had worked as an escort before joining the show.

As of the moment, the host of the show has not yet given any comments regarding the issue of this former contestant.
