On the Saturday episode of 'Five Fingers,' someone claims that Young Rang (Chae Si Ra) gave birth to a biological son, who could be yet another player, shocking her.

Na Gye Hwa (Cha Hwa Yeon) says to Young Rang, "Do you really have to do this?" while commenting about her ill-will towards Ji Ho (Joo Ji Hoon) and tells her the truth about Young Rang's biological son.

Gye Hwa confesses that who Young Rang thought was her real son is not actually her biological son. She says, "The baby who was wrapped in a blanket had a different name. It was another baby who was there on the same day."

Young Rang says, "Find my real son. Bring him to me!" and screams at her. She says, "If you wish that your son is well somewhere, you can't do this to Ji Ho."
