'What's WIth this Family' Kim Hyun Joo Makes Viewers Cry
In "What's With this Family," Kim Hyun Joo tried very hard to swallow her sorrows, and made viewers cry as well.
On the 39th episode of KBS weekend drama "What's With this Family" (Script Kang Eun Kyung, director Jun Chang Geun) broadcast on December 28th, Cha Kang Shim (played by Kim Hyun Joo) found out that Cha Soon Bong (played by Yoo Dong Geun) had a limited time to live.
On this day, Cha Kang Shim who heard Cha Kang Jae (played by Yoon Park) and Cha Son Bong's words said, "What do you mean, chemotherapy? Is that hurt?" and screamed. Hearing that their father was extremely sick, Cha Kang Jae was shocked.
Cha Kang Jae held onto Cha Kang Shim who said that she would go to her father and ask directly. He said, "Dad doesn't want anyone to know that he's sick. That's how he wants it. It might even ben his last wish" as he spoke of the three months that his father had.
Cha Kang Jae said, "The longest it'll be is six months. So for you to go and tell your father is to only disturb him." With this, he persuaded her. Cha Kang Shim said, "You're a doctor. So you can fix him, right? You can just take care of him."
He said, "I am trying my best. Let's wait until dad tells everyone and the family members." With these words, Cha Kang Shim bawled.
