The insider said, "There is no pressure and it could happen in 2015, but it could easily happen in 2020. It's coming down to when they want to have kids, they want to do everything all at once." It seems like Demi Lovato is preparing to become a mother as she takes care of Buddy like her real baby.

A source said, "She would want to be known as Demi Valderrama but understands she has to keep the Lovato name for professional means." The insider added, "But anytime she can use his last name when they end up getting married is what she wants to do."

Nick Jonas said, "Demi, obviously wife, because we're like brother and sister and friends." He added, "I'd prefer to spend life with her, as opposed to the others." That must have been pretty harsh for Selena and Miley. The "Jealous" hitmaker revealed his other answers, "I'd probably say Selena lips and Miley [leave], although I've got love for Miley. She's great."
