Toyota has claimed that the 2016 Tacoma pick-up truck will set the benchmark for midsize pick-up truck performance according to the company's website. Toyota boasts of the new Tacoma's Crawl Control and multi-terrain select features plus it will come standard with the GoPro mount to capture off-road adventures.

"Its heritage of unwavering capability and unbreakable attitude grows with an available, all-new 3.5L V6 with direct injection and 6-speed transmission, plus rugged, available features like Crawl Control (CRAWL) and Multi-terrain Select," the website stated. "And for the first time, every Tacoma will come standard with a GoPro® mount to help you get all the adventure on video. This is how we make America's best-selling midsize pickup in its segment for the last ten years10 better in every way."

According to NY Daily News, the 2016 Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck adopts much of the manly exterior design found on Toyota's larger full-size pick-ups such as the Tundra and 4Runner. The manufacturer stated that the new Tacoma is powered by 4- and 6-cylinder engines that can deliver better economy. The 4-cylinder engine is available with 6-speed automatic transmission only while the other option in new Atkinson-cycle, 3.5-liter V-6 nets offers a choice between auto or manual giving users that stick-shift option. The new V-6 has the D4-S technology, which allows it to switch from port injection under low engine loads and direct injection systems at higher rpms.

Not only that, Qi wireless charging, Push Button Start and Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) are available in the 2016 Toyota Tacoma pick-up's cabin as stated in Toyota.com.

According to NY Daily News, the redesigned 2016Toyota Tacoma's price ranges from of $21,000 to $30,000, depending on trim and options.
