Park Seo Joon Again Denies The Dating Rumors

It was only a few days into 2015 when dating rumors again linked Park Seo Joon and actress Baek Jin Hee. The rumors said the "I Summon You Gold" co-stars dated for two years even though they denied the same rumors a few months earlier. A Korean media article contained a so-called eyewitness account of the actors' meeting. A photo of a couple that looked like them was said to confirm the relationship. Newspapers reported that he bought a house in her neighborhood, so he could see her more often.

Their agencies, KeyEast and Snowball Entertainment, both denied the rumors, saying the couple is close but not dating.

At the press conference for the MBC drama "Kill Me, Heal Me," Park Seo Joon wanted to counter the rumors once again. It just isn't true, he said.

"I don't know where the eyewitness account came from when I didn't even meet up with her."

As to living in the same Geumhodong neighborhood as "Pride and Prejudice" star Baek Jin Hee, he says that's a fact.

"There was one thing they were right about," said Park. "It's true that we live in the same neighborhood. I moved to the area after getting advised to do so because my old neighborhood had many parking problems. I didn't know it would cause such a big problem."

It's unfortunate that the rumors started because now he has to hesitate if he ever feels inspired to meet up with his former co-star.

"In my head I think 'if I meet her privately, I'll be proving them right,'" said Park.

He said he would definitely like to act with Baek Jin Hee again. They played an immature married couple in "I Summon You Gold."

"On a positive note I would like to act opposite her in my next project and show fantastic chemistry, like Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum."

Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum play the leading roles in "Kill Me, Heal Me." Park Seo Joon plays Hwang Jung Eum's twin brother, a mystery novelist. The drama depicts a love story between a man with seven personalities and the psychiatrist who treats him.

"I think that many people did not anticipate this project but there's no way to know how a drama will be until it starts. "I think that viewership rating is God's realm but thankfully I think the directing, script and acting work harmoniously in this project."
