"The Other Woman" actress Kate Upton managed to hot even when she was wearing a charity shirt for the latest cover of Elle UK. The voluptuous supermodel also addressed the rumors about her engagement to boyfriend Justin Verlander.

The 22-year-old Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton rocked a Diane Von Furstenberg charity shirt for the Red Nose Day for the magazine's March 2015 issue.

Kate Upton looked hot and enticing in the shirt, which only showed that the model rightfully holds the Sexiest Woman Alive title. She looked sultry even when she is not half-naked.

Kate Upton's shirt is up for grabs for only £9.99 in the UK at TK Maxx.

The Elle magazine will be sold for the discounted price of £2.99, which includes a 75p Comic Relief donation, Just Jared said.

Also gracing the covers of the issue are Keira Knightley, Daisy Lowe, Abbey Clancy, and Pixie Geldof. The proceeds of the shirts will go to Comic Relief, a charity institution supporting projects to end the global problem on poverty.

Meanwhile, "The Other Woman" actress Kate Upton addressed the rumors that she is engaged to her baseball player boyfriend Justin Verlander.

The engagement rumors emerged when Kate Upton posted a photo in her Instagram account of a plate with words "Marry me?" written in red sauce.

There were also three options shown in the Instagram photo, which said, "Yes," "duh," and "of course."

Kate Upton also captioned the photo, "Next time fact check.. I didn't even get no as an option #justkidding @justinverlander #gossipcopgotitright."

Kate Upton immediately deleted the photo after speculations occurred that the Sexiest Woman Alive is now engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander, The Daily Caller said in their report.

The "The Other Woman" actress was quick to answer in one of the comments that it was "just a joke."

One Twitter user said, "Justin Verlander didn't propose to Kate Upton. She says it's a joke. Stop freaking out, people."

Also according to Freep Sports' tweet, "To be clear on that last retweet, no, Justin Verlander didn't propose to Kate Upton. She said it was a joke in the Instagram comments."

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander have been dating since 2013.
