'Legend of the Witch' Lee Jong Won Thinks Proposal Is Novel
In "Legend of the Witch" Lee Jong Won proposed to Oh Hyun Kyung.
On the MBC weekend special "Legend of the Witch" broadcast on Feb. 21st, Tak Wol Han (played by Lee Won Jong) prepared an event to propose to Son Poong Geum (played by Oh Hyun Kyung). On this day, Wol Han hid a ring inside a chicken leg and couldn't hide his nervous feelings.
Wol Han called Poong Geum out to his favorite chicken restaurant. He said, "I've liked you from the beginning. So why don't we..." and gave a chicken drumstick to her. Poong Geum could not look more upset. She said, "How dare you try to gain a woman's heart with a chicken drumstick. It wouldn't be enough to give an entire chicken farm." She left the scene looking disappointed.
At this, Wol Han grumbled and said, "Is she getting senile? It's sparking so why can't she see it."
This misunderstanding that ensued from Wol Han's surprise proposal drew laughter from the audience. It'll be interesting to see where the love between the two of them goes and what conclusion it will lead to.
