Sony Xperia Z4 Rumors: Sony To Announce Release Date At MWC 2015 Likely As Top New Specs, Features, And Price Range Revealed Online!

Good news to all gadget enthusiast as Sony might announce the release date of the Sony Xperia Z4 at MWC 2015 event along with its new specs, features, and price range.

According to the Fuse Joplin, the design on the Sony Xperia Z4 is expected to be identical to the Sony Xperia Z3, however, several leaked images revealed that the Sony Xperia Z4 has an interesting back panel which looks similar to padded leather, and its design has a detail of an angular corner setup that gives it a very unique look.

The Fuse Joplin adds that the Xperia Z4 has a screen size of 5.2 inches with LCD IPS technology that can render resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and a pixel density of 424ppi, while a separate report from PC Advisor claimed that its screen size is at 5.5 inches Quad HD display that can render a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

The Fuse Joplin adds that Sony Xperia Z4 is equipped with 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 810 chipset from Qualcomm. Its RAM capacity is said to be 4GB with an internal memory of 32GB. The Sony Xperia Z4's software is the Android 5.0 Lollipop, however, Geekbench (via International Business Times) reports that it will run on the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop software.

The Sony Xperia Z4 will have a rear camera of 20.7MP similar to its predecessor, while the front camera is rumored to be at 4.7MP replacing the 2.2MP of the Xperia Z3, and its quality is good enough to take selfies and video calls. In addition, the camera might incorporate a better HD performance and HD videos due to its CMOS image sensor that can take high quality photos, and record 4K videos up to 30fps, the Fuse Joplin reports.

The International Times reports that the Sony Xperia Z4 has a battery capacity of 3420mAh, and it is rumored to have wireless charging. The website further adds that Sony might reveal the Sony Xperia Z4 at the Mobile World Congress 2015 on March 2 to March 5 in Barcelona, Spain, along with a release date announcement.

Several rumors have been making rounds about the Sony handset's release date, and possible price range. According to the Fuse Joplin, the Xperia Z4 is will be out on the market on April 2015 with a price range of more than $600, while Android Pit claimed that it will launch on May this year.
