'Uncharted 4' Release Date UPDATE: October 2015 Launch Date Confirmed By Retailers? Troy Baker Discusses Game Role In Recent Interview

The "Uncharted 4" release date has been reportedly set to October 2015 following the announcement of online retailers about the launch date of the game.

Walmart has confirmed the "Uncharted 4" release date in their official listing for the game and the "Uncharted 4" release date is going to be on October 1, 2015. They have started taking pre-orders for the game and you can get it for just over $40 if you pre-order it right now.

Meanwhile, Troy Baker has admitted that he is excited about being part of the game.

"While the voice actor has previously disclosed that he'll be playing Nathan Drake's brother in the upcoming game from Naughty Dog, he recently told the publication that he's 'so happy' to be a part of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End because he's not just a gamer, but a huge fan of the series," wrote Gameranx.

"We'll see, there's obviously Uncharted 4, we're in full swing for that right now. As a fan and a gamer, I'm so happy to be a part of that project," said Troy Baker.

Naughty Dog has also revealed the plot for "Uncharted 4" on their official website.

"Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves.  With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure.  His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he's willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves," wrote Naughty Dog.
