"Dragon Ball Xenoverse" was recently launched for the PC and players quickly found out the game has some graphics issues like screen tearing and missing vfx such as auras, ki and particles but a fix for those problems have been found.

To fix the missing the vfx bug, users from the Steam forums suggest that you turn off Nvidia DSR and V-Sync.

Another fix for the missing vfx is to run the game on windowed borderless.

Steam user "Coma_tose" suggests that you download this windowed borderless program and to do this:

"Once downloaded run it and run dbz in windowed, go to your task bar and go to windowless border gaming click open game settings and see if DBZ is in drop down menu, if so select then click apply," wrote Coma_tose.

If the windowed borderless program does not automatically detect "Dragon Ball Xenoverse", Coma_tose suggests that:

"If this does not work it does not recognize game like it did for a friend of mine then go to the folder were you have the download and go to the config file and erase all and copy paste this:"

[Global_Config]

AutoSetResolution=never

DefaultDeskTopWidth=1920

DefaultDeskTopHeight=1080

AutoSetOffset=never

DefaultPosX=0

DefaultPosY=0

KeyBind1_AddWindow=72

KeyBind1_ForceBorderless=73

KeyBind2_ForceBorderless=73

ForceKeyCheckTitle=always

ForceTriggerCheckTitle=always

AddWindow_Confirmation=never

LastUsed=DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE

[Title:DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE;Class:DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE]

Process=DBXV.exe

Style=-1811415040

friendlyname=DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE

And finally, to fix the screen tearing issue of the game, just turn on v-sync in the options menu in the game. This would re-introduce the missing vfx bug though.
