Cameron Diaz graced a magazine cover for the first time since wedding to Benji Madden. The Razzie winner also shared her secrets to a healthy body.

Benji Madden must be a very lucky man indeed as Cameron Diaz approach to sex is the same with exercise, "It's something healthy that we need to be doing for many different reasons," she told Cosmopolitan magazine.

She said that getting healthy is a mindset, more than anything else.

"You have to just do it," she said. "Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes, 'Oh, it's not OK to be without this.' People say, 'My body rejects exercise.' No, it doesn't. Your mind rejects exercise."

But Mrs. Madden claimed that depriving one's self of life's indulgences won't be fun.

"Wellbeing is an equation. Remember, you don't have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece," she said. "Don't deprive yourself. Have fun. Just be self-aware. If your equation is 80% good, 20% bad most of the time, then a little movement toward the center isn't going to affect you much."

A previous study by Women's Health UK and Men's Health UK revealed that women want Cameron Diaz's body, while men prefer Kate Upton's curves.

"The authors of a Journal of Psychology study called 'Sex differences in perceptions of desirable body shape' showed 248 males and 227 females a set of nine figure drawings arranged from very thin to very heavy figures," said Australian Women's Weekly.

"They found that 'Men thought women would like a heavier stature than females reported they like, and women thought men would like women thinner than men reported they like.'"

Previous reports also said that Cameron Diaz's healthy lifestyle has rubbed off on her husband Benji Madden who is sporting a slimmer figure recently, just prior to their wedding in January this year.
