Pregnant Lena Headey Shows Off Big Baby Bump As She Dines Out In Studio City; 'Game Of Thrones' Actress Dresses Down For Outing
A pregnant Lena Headey was spotted dining out with a friend in Studio City on Sunday. The British actress, who plays Cersei Lannister in HBO hit, "Game of Thrones," was dressed down for the occasion.
"The 41-year-old actress looked effortlessly radiant as she displayed her beautiful baby bump in a tight white vest while grabbing a bite to eat with a pal at Umami Burger," reported Daily Mail. "Sensibly, the brunette wore a pair of flat and practical moccasin slippers on her feet and kept the strong Californian sun off her alabaster skin with a straw hat and dark shades."
It's a good thing that pregnant Lena Headey finished filming the famous Walk of Penance, which was a turning point in George R. R. Martin's novels "A Song of Fire and Ice. In the scene, shot in Croatia, Cersei Lannister walked topless on the streets of King's Landing.
Cersei is losing her hold on King's Landing with the death of her father in the hands of her arch-enemy, Tyrion Lannister. She might be thinking that continuing the alliance with the Tyrells will solidify her position so she had her son, King Tommen, marry Margaery Tyrell.
Most of the fans think that Cersei Lannister will eventually die especially after her walk of shame as well as the death of her father Tywin and her uncle, Kevan Lannister, so there's nobody left to support her quest for power.
The 41-year-old English actress has a four-year-old son named Wylie with her ex Peter Loughran.
Earlier this month, Lena Headey sent a statement to People confirming the baby bump.
"I'm happy to confirm that I'm having my second child this summer," the statement said. "I only hope that this announcement can help me to regain some of the privacy I have recently lost to prying photographers and ask that they please respect my privacy and let me enjoy this time."
Last month, the pregnant Lena Headey took her baby bump for a walk and took lunch with a pal in Los Feliz, California.
