From chef to Victoria's Secret model? Ed Sheeran was allegedly spotted dining out with Barbara Palvin on Thursday night at Mary Street Burger Bar in Sydney, Australia. That same evening, the British hitmaker was on KIIS 1065 where he admitted to Kyle and Jackie O that he and girlfriend Athina Andrelos have split.

During the interview, Ed Sheeran was asked if he was single.

"I wasn't single, I was in a relationship for a long time," he said.

"But you're single now?" Kyle asked him.

"Yes," the singer replied "Erm ... well that's interesting, that's the first time I've spoken about that. I didn't know you were going to ask."

Jackie O even needled Kyle about asking a very sensitive question that made Ed Sheeran almost cry.

Although Barbara Palvin tried her best to hide from the cameras, she was still recognized by the paps.

"The starlet dressed down in trainers and a long, black top, just hinting at her famous lingerie model frame in skinny fit jeans," Daily Mail reported.

"Ed wouldn't be the first international star that Barbara has been linked to, after enjoying fleeting romances with Justin Bieber, 21, Leonardo DiCaprio, 40, and Niall Horan, also 21, from One Direction," it added.

Ed Sheeran and his date, Barbara Palvin, immediately separated after they saw the cameras but later went on the same limo to transfer to another location.

"Ed, showing off his new slender frame with a hint of a paunch and his body art, was also casually dressed for the occasion - wearing a white t-shirt, denim jeans and bright, red sneakers," said Hollywood Life.

" The Brit star then whisked Barbara, who was previously linked to Justin Bieber, off to hip club Hemisphere at The Establishment where they were said to have partied until the early hours," the report added.

So far, there's no confirmation yet from Ed Sheeran and Barbara Palvin's camp that they are dating.
