"Sims 4: Get to Work" is not only preloaded with new careers, but it has a new world called Sixam that the players can explore.

To be able to access the Sixam, or the planet of the aliens, the player must be a Scientist. According to Sims Online, players need to get 11 more breakthroughs in the scientist career to be able to unlock the Electroflux Wormhole Generator schematic.

In the "Sims 4: Get to Work" scientist career, the player needs to create a Wormhole Generator on the Invention Constructor that can be found in the science Lab. To go to the portal to visit the Sixam, the Wormhome Generator must be upgraded. To do this, drag the Portal into the Invention Constructor and click on it then select Upgrade. The player can now go into the portal with the use of Electroflux Wormhome Generator.

Players can also visit the alien world by purchasing the Rocket ship and reaching level 10 in the Rocket Science skill.

The player needs to upgrade the said ship with a Wormhole Generator. Then, select the Rocket ship with the Wormhole Generator upgrade and choose "Travel to Alien World." Moreover, when the player arrives at the Sixam, he or she can find collectibles, like the Geodes, which can be found in rocks with orbs on top of them.

Aside from Geodes, there are also new collectibles in Sixam, such as crandestine and nitelite crystals, along with blutonium and solarium metals. Plants and trees are also available, including fang flower, glow orb and quill fruit.

Meanwhile, Sims VIP reported that the "Sims 4" mods that have been released, namely naïve trait, gamer trait, floating boats, decorative slots for Maxis sinks and 'Get to Work' medical scrubs.

Other mods for this week include being able to unlock the SimRay and Wormhole for purchase in the Buy Mode. This also applies to alien parts, such as eyes, skins and CAS parts, for regular Sims.
