'Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 2 Spoilers: Plot Details For Episodes 17 And 18 Leaked Online! Hawkeye And Baron Strucker To Appear In The Show Soon?

Good news Marvel fans, new updates and possible spoilers for "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 2 have been revealed regarding two episode plots and new characters joining the show.

Screenrant reports that the plot synopsis for episode 17 titled "Melinda" has been revealed as the plot suggests it will focus around agent Melinda May's past, and her conflicting decision whether to remain loyal to Phil Coulson or join Robert Gonzales' "S.H.I.E.L.D." team. The plot also revealed Skye's training in the Inhuman village of Afterlife, and the truth about her heritage and the Inhumans as well.

“Melinda” – The story of Melinda May’s transformation into “The Cavalry” is revealed as she finds herself at a crossroads in the war between Coulson and Gonzales. As Skye learns more about her true heritage from Lincoln, the truth about the Inhumans will send her in a new direction, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” Tuesday, April 14 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network."

As for episode 18, ComicBookResources revealed the plot details for "The Frenemy of My Enemy” episode. It deals with Agent Coulson, Hunter and Deathlok teaming-up with Grant Ward to know what is going on with Gonzales' faction as both Skye and Lincoln are caught in between the two warring S.H.I.E.L.D. factions.

"In “The Frenemy of My Enemy,” a dangerous new alliance is formed as Coulson and Hunter turn to the last person anyone would expect – Grant Ward! As the war between S.H.I.E.L.D. factions continues, Skye and Lincoln will find themselves drawn into this conflict."

Meanwhile, two Marvel characters are rumored to make an appearance in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 2.

According to ComicBook.com, Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker is rumored to appear in season 2 due to the appearance of Henry Goodman's character Dr. Levy in the show.

Dr. Levy was first spotted in the end credits of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" talking to Baron Strucker about the super powered twins-Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

Screenrant previously reported that Jeremy Renner's character Hawkeye will also appear in the show as he was interested to know more about Clint Barton, and explain his absence during S.H.I.E.L.D.S. downfall in season 1.

"I think there was talk of having some of the guys go up and jump onto the TV show. I remember them mentioning something about that. Um, again, there has to be a good rhyme or reason for it, and, you know, I like the character enough and anything to do to explore him more, I’m always open to it, ’cause he’s obviously not had a franchise of his own to really deeply explore really who Hawkeye is," Renner said to Screenrant. "And, yeah, I’ve always liked to explore the guy more. He’s interesting character to me."
