"That Winter, The Wind Blows" Will Kim Bum Betray Jo In Sung?
Will Kim Bum, the man of loyalty, betray Jo In Sung?
During the 7th episode of the SBS drama "That Winter, The Wind Blows", Park Jin Sung (Kim Bum) is featured experiencing a shift in his emotions when he realizes Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) has forgotten about his mission and is falling in love with Oh Young (Song Hye Kyo).
Previously, Oh Soo was trying to rob the safe in Oh Young's place when he was caught by secretary Wang (Bae Jong Wook). Secretary Wang warns Oh Soo, "I heard the amount of money you need is $7.8 million. If I give you the money right now, will you leave Young?" Oh Young however refused this offer. When Park Jin Sung heard what had happened, he blurts out, "Are you crazy? Why wouldn't you take the money, you should have taken the money" and "give me the secretary's number. If you can't take it, I will take it. You're going to get killed if you don't do this!"
Also, when Oh Soo, Oh Young, Park Jin Sung and Moon Hee Sun (Jung Eun Ji) go on a vacation together, he is upset by two different factors: Oh Soo losing sight of his goal for love and also because Moon Hee Sun, the woman he loves, is jealous of another man spending time with another woman.
Park Jin Sung is a high-tempered person who acts before he thinks. As a result, he is always involved in random problems. Park Jin Sun is usually always happy and very loyal to the people he loves. This is the reason why he declined as offer from Jo Mo Cheol (Kim Tae Woo) to enter his organization. Park Jin Sung declined the offer because he wanted to help out Oh Soo get out of his financial troubles.
Jo Moo Cheol is still trying to recruit Park Jin Sung into his organization. When money wasn't enough to convince Park Jin Sung, Jo Moo Cheol began to use his family to reel him in. In the 5th episode, Jo Moo Cheol saw Park Jin Sung's little brother appearing at his nightclub to party very often. After that, Jo Moo Cheol made sure to give his little brother the VIP treatment at the club and even give him allowance to spend as well as encouraging him to borrow money from the organization.
During the 6th episode, Jo Moo Cheol warns Park Jin Sung by saying, "Don't disappoint your innocent parents. Just leave Oh Soo and come to me. I'll wait for you." Jo Moo Cheol was doing everything he could, even threatening Park Jin Sung's family, in order to win him over to his side.
After all these events, seeing Oh Soo losing sight of things made Park Jin Sung hesitate.
When Moon Hee Sun tried to reveal the whole plot to Oh Young, Oh Soo slaps her. Later, Park Jin Sung is seen hugging Moon Hee Sun to calm her down. This angers Park Jin Sun even more.
Oh Soo is definitely not himself lately. In addition, his love Moon Hee Sun is in love with Oh Soo and his little brother is in danger from Jo Moo Cheol's attempts to recruit him. Only time will tell what is really going on in Park Jin Sung's head. Will he betray Jo In Sung?
