That Winter The Wind Blows

"That Winter, The Wind Blows" exposed another secret. Love, revenge and hatred between two men who loved the same woman are foretold.

During the episode of the SBS "That Winter, The Wind Blows" that aired recently featured Jo Moo Cheol (Kim Tae Woo) attempting to expose Oh Soo's (Jo In Sung) past one by one. Jo Moo Cheol and Oh Soo used to be in a love triangle involving a woman named Hee Joo, who is now dead.

In the past, Oh Soo had run away when he found out Hee Joo was pregnant. When Hee Joo tries to run after Oh Soo, she gets into a car accident and passes away. Jo Moo Cheol stood by them and watched the whole thing play out. Jo Moo Cheol attempts to blackmail Oh Soo in order to get revenge for all the pain he has had to deal with.

However, there is something about their relationship that just cannot be put into words. Love doesn't seem to be the only reason why Jo Moo Cheol is after Oh Soo. There must be something else.

#1 Jo Moo Cheol is the Good Guy

In the original story, Jo Moo Cheol is portrayed as a sly character. In this drama however, he is portrayed as a completely different character.

Jo Moo Cheol grew up working hard to make a living and secretly begins to love a woman from a distance. There must be a reason this man transforms into a scary character years later.

#2 Jo Moo Cheol and Hee Joo's Relationship

Realistically speaking, there was nothing going on between Jo Moo Cheol and Hee Joo.

Even though he was deathly in love with her, the feeling was not mutual. Even if Oh Soo is responsible for everything that happened to Hee Joo, there is not really a logical reason for Jo Moo Cheol to take a knife to Oh Soo's throat.

We conclude that there must be another story behind these two men since Jo Moo Cheol is boiling with anger even after 13 years have passed.

#3 Jo Moo Cheol is Obsessing with Oh Soo's Life

Jo Moo Cheol is not concerned with revealing the truth about Oh Soo.

He constantly threatens Oh Soo, saying that he will kill him. Jo Moo Cheol even takes a knife to Oh Soo's throat to warn him. This delicate situation continues to build up the anticipation.

The theme that appears in this drama multiple times is "life and death." Viewers are completely confused about what could be hidden in the past of these two men.
