'Heard it Through the Grapevine" Ko Ah Sung Can't Get Alimony

In "Heard it through the Grapevine" actress Ko Ah Sung ended up with an unfortunate ending in her divorce.  She left the house of her in-laws without receiving a single cent of alimony.

On the 18th episode of SBS Monday/Tuesday drama "Heard it through the Grapevine" (script Jung Sung Joo, director Ahn Pan Suk) broadcast on May 18th, Suh Bom (played by Ko Ah Sung) told her father Hyung Shik (played by Jang Hyun Sung) the financial details of her divorce.  She confessed that even with the divorce, she wouldn't be receiving any alimony from her ex-husband.

Hyung Shik spoke with Suh Bom who was going to move home after her relationship with In Sang didn't work out.  He said, "You have to take these risks in stride.  How can you be like this?" and was fretting.  At this, Suh Bom said, "I'm sorry" and started to cry.  At this, she started to talk about the unfair situations that Hyun Shik had suffered because of her.  Moreover, she said, "If you can hang on tight, please have a fun time with Jin Young."

At this, Hyun Shik worried that she wasn't consulting about the property division or alimony with the adults.  Suh Bom said that she couldn't legally get anything.  Moreover, In Sang didn't have a job.  Most importantly, she did not want anything.
