Ronda Rousey is making over a whopping $3 million a year in sponsorship money, but money and success is not making her difficult to work with.

No doubt, Ronda Rousey is one of the most popular mixed martial artists in the world today. The reigning Women's UFC Bantamweight Champion has become a household name.

While Rousey continues to builds her career outside UFC with movie roles in "Furious 7" and "Entourage," she also has a new autobiography titled "My Fight/Your Fight" that was released last week.

In just two short years, Ronda Rousey has made a great impression on UFC president Dana White who complimented her for being the model athlete and superstar, FOX Sports noted.

Just recently, White told the Jim Rome show that "she's the greatest athlete that I've ever worked with, period." But that's not all, White would clone her over and over again if it was possible.

"I wish I had 10 Ronda Rouseys," added.

It's no secret that Rousey has the most drawing power on UFC's roster and as a result she commands quite a premium in sponsor dollars, and Dana White has gone on record with a figure, over a whopping 3 million dollars.

"She'll do any PR you ask her to do. She'll even do PR to try to help sell somebody else's fight," Dana White said of his most valuable asset, "Rowdy."

UFC needs Ronda Rousey to do a lot of activations with sponsors and when she leaves, the sponsors say she was unbelievable to work with.

"That woman's making over $3 million a year in sponsorship," Dana confirmed.

UFC has seen fighters come and go. Some start out humble, but later turn into an unsociable nightmare of ego and arrogance. Money and fame can change the nicest person for worse but the UFC boss says this is not the case with Ronda Rousey, BloodyElblow noted.

"It's the exact opposite. The more rich and famous she becomes, the easier she is to work with. It's always the other way around. I can't explain it," White said.
