Song Hye Kyo and Jo In Sung's love, how will their love story end?

One day when Oh Young (Song Hye Kyo) is on her way out of a coffee shop, Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) panics and takes her to the hospital where he finds out that Oh Young's brain tumor has relapsed. He also learns that surgery is almost impossible, that there is no hope for her. Oh Soo takes Oh Young to be taken care of Jo Moo Cheol's (Kim Tae Woo) older sister who is a well-respected doctor but once again, she tells him that Oh Young's case is hopeless.

Park Jin Sung tells Oh Soo that this is not the time for him to worry about a girl he is not even really related to since his life is on the line if he does not come up with the money to pay back Jo Moo Cheol. Park Jin Sung tries to convince Oh Soo by telling him that he won't even be able to help Oh Young if he himself cannot save himself. Park Jin Sung tries to do anything in his power to guide Oh Soo and even finds Jo Moo Cheol to threaten him to leave Oh Soo alone.

To Secretary Wang (Bae Jong Ok) who places no value in love, is only concerned with protecting Oh Young's monetary assets. However, even now after 10 episodes have aired, it is unclear what Secretary Wang has in mind. Her background history is not even clear which makes it even harder for the viewers to come to a conclusion about her true intentions.

Park Jin Sung and Moon Hee Sun find out that there is an unimaginable amount of money involved which makes Oh Soo believe that Secretary Wang does not have good intentions for Oh Young. Will Secretary Wang really dedicate the rest of her life serving Oh Young or is she just planning to use Oh Young in order to fulfill her desires?

In the hospital, Oh Young cries when Oh Soo insists on sleeping with her since she has insomnia and has trouble falling asleep alone.

Hopelessly in love, Oh Soo requests Jo Moo Cheol to meet and begs him to save Oh Young's life. Oh Soo even tells him that he is willing to die in his hands if it means that Oh Young can live. Oh Soo believes that if Oh Young won't be able to receive surgery for her brain tumor, there is only one thing that he can do to make her happy. He wants to give her a chance to see with her own eyes again before she passes away from this harsh world she had to live through all by herself.

Secretary Wang's intentions were questioned again when she was featured getting angry at Lee Myung Ho for using the company's money without getting permission. However, she had not cared when she found out that Lee Myung Ho was hiding a girlfriend behind everybody's back.

Currently, the person in control of the company is Secretary Wang since Oh Young has no interest in controlling the company. Oh Soo suspects Secretary Wang because he comes across a video tape that shows Oh Young when she was a high school student. She is crying and accusing Secretary Wang of being the cause for the blindness. Secretary Wang had prevented Oh Young from getting treatment by lying to her is it unnecessary. However, the untreated condition had led to her blindness. The reason Secretary Wang is not killing Oh Young is because if Oh Young died, she will no longer be able to play CEO and control the company.

Oh Soo cannot kill Oh Young because of love but Secretary Wang cannot kill Oh Young because her power in society will all disappear if she dies.

Also, it is a mystery what lawyer Jang will do next after he had found out about the truth about Oh Soo. However, he is in love with Secretary Wang, so it appears as though he will be under control of her orders.
