Beast Mode is going digital! Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is all set to become the first athlete to appear as a character in a "Call of Duty" game.

Arguably the most-violent rusher the NFL has ever seen, Lynch will appear as a character in the forthcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops III," slated to release for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on Nov. 6.

ESPN the Magazine joined the Beast Mode as he spent the day acting out gun battles donning a mo-cap suit.

According to reports on ESPN, Lynch advised Activision, the makers of the upcoming COD title, "he better have dreads, gold teeth and my distinctive walk," he added, "then people will be like, 'Oh, that's really Beast Mode right there!' "

In order to check what it takes to blend the 5-foot-11, 215-pound Beast Mode into the game, ESPN the Magazine followed Lynch's trip to Activision Motion Capture Studio in Los Angeles.

Lynch, who says he has long been a fan of the video game series, underwent motion capture, face scanning and 3D mesh data imaging on the road to building his character. The Super Bowl XLVIII winner has been a fan of the games going back to his college days at Cal, Yahoo Sports noted.

According to him, playing online is a good way to "keep in contact" with teammates and a "fun-loving way to let off some stress." Lynch told ESPN the Mag, "You're shooting up everything but always fighting for a bigger picture." "The whole game is Beast Mode," he added.

Both Activision and Lynch were happy with the final product as Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg told ESPN, "I mean, he's a guy who fills stadiums, crushes competitors and has a Beast Mode. What could be more COD than that?"

Lynch feels being in "Call of Duty" is a bigger accomplishment than winning the Super Bowl.

"I've been in the Super Bowl, movies, music videos, Madden," Lynch added. "But to have your own character in Duty is, I mean, it's almost like you arrived."
