Six Star-Studded Dramas That Sparkle

The staff at Kpopstarz/Kdramastars spends a lot of time thinking about which k-drama and k-pop stars sparkle the brightest. That may be why DramaFever asked us to recommend some films and dramas that feature the best and brightest k-drama and k-pop stars. Topping the collection is the hit drama "Producer," starring Kim Soo Hyun, IU, Gong Hyo Jin and Cha Tae Hyun. The drama not only features some of our favorite stars but it's about stars and the TV producers who work with them.

Next up is "EXO Next Door," which could be described as a fan girl's dream come true. In this drama, the band, looking to briefly go incognito, moves next door to one of their most fervent fans. Isn't that just what every fan girl wishes for? And yet somehow she keeps finding ways to embarrass herself in front of them.

"Exo Next Door" is not the only k-pop group with a series. There's also "Dream Knight" which stars the very popular GOT7 as the knights who come to the rescue of a poor bullied girl.

Some of our favorite stars play bad boys in this collection. Big Bang's T.O.P. plays a charismatic gambling prodigy in "Tazza 2." The gritty and yet artfully choreographed film also stars Shin Se Kyung and Lee Honey.

Another excellent film choice is "The Technicians," starring Kim Woo Bin and Lee Hyun Woo. These stars play high-tech safecrackers. They've got 40 minutes to steal $150 million dollars. Can they do it? Of course they can.

Last but not least is the hit drama "The Heirs," which features a few k-pop as well as k-drama stars. Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, as well as f(x)'s Krystal Jung and CNBLUE's Min Hyuk all shine brightly in this must-see drama about the love between an unhappy rich boy and a determined poor girl.
