'Bones' Season 11 Spoilers: Booth And Brennan Return! New Cast Members Introduced As Interns
"Bones" season 11 spoilers reveal that the premiere episode will show Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) moving on to their new lives after leaving the Jeffersonian. It was said that the couple have finally settled into a quiet suburban life, however, a new case will have them back to the lab sooner than they think.
The official synopsis for "Bones" season 11 episode 1, via Carter Matt, reads:
"Picking up six months after the Season 10 finale, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) have moved on to a new town and new jobs, having given up their old life and settled into a blissful death-free existence. But a murder unlike any other draws them back to investigate with their former colleagues at the Jeffersonian and FBI."
Speaking to TV Line, executive producer Stephen Nathan hinted that Booth and Brennan will eventually return to the Jeffersonian. He, however, remained tight-lipped as to what will make them want to stay or if their decision would be final.
"Everything is up in the air right now, to be honest. I don't want to say yes or no to anything," he said.
"It's a big task to work them back and get them resolved again. We don't want to take the easy way out. You don't want to just go back to a well that's running dry.
Nathan also revealed that new cast members could be joining "Bones" come season 11. He added that some of the interns have become quite popular that the writers have decided to include more of them in the coming episodes.
"We have to be ready to move at the drop of a hat with the interns because they are so popular and rightfully so," he shared.
"Often times during the season, we have to write somebody out, somebody in, because they're doing other things. So there's always the potential for new people coming [in]. And also from looking at our locations a little bit differently and adding people."
