'Scandal' Season 5: Jake Ballard Actor Scott Foley Spends Time With His Wife Before He Starts Taping?
Scott Foley's wife Marika Dominczyk recently celebrated her birthday and the "Scandal" actor purportedly treated the actress to a special day on the happiest place on Earth.
Judging from the Instagram posts of Scott Foley's wife, it seems that they spent the day in Disneyland without their kids in tow. Marika posted a photo of her and her husband smacking, with the caption: "Happy birthday to me! @scottkfoley swept me away to #disneyland #nokids #wearekids."

Not having their kids with them for a day may be refreshing not just for the birthday celebrant, but also for Scott Foley who admitted to Us Weekly last month that his Father's Day wish involves having a little privacy. "Being able to be in the bathroom without anybody coming in," the actor who plays Jake Ballard on "Scandal" humorously said.
"Is that weird? Is that too simple? I just want a little stall, that's all I want! "I just want a moment with like, a magazine and nobody knocking. My 6-month-old does not knock on the door yet. I'm never without child. I have kids everywhere. They're coming out of every orifice, all the time."
Another photo taken on Marika's birthday showed the couple side by side. "Thanks everyone for all the love. 'Twas a great day. #grateful @scottkfoley," Scott Foley's wife captioned the photo, tagging a few other Instagram users who may have celebrated her birthday with them.
Some speculate that Scott Foley could be making the most out of his time with his wife because he may start taping for “Scandal” season 5 this summer.
Until now, it's not yet clear whether Jake Ballard will return in the upcoming season of the Shonda Rhimes political thriller or not.
After surviving a fatal stabbing incident at the latter part of “Scandal” season 4, Jake Ballard bid goodbye to Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) during the season finale and said that his mission is done.
