"You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" IU begins to cry after seeing her mother working as a janitor to raise money.
March 30, the 7th episode of the KBS weekend drama "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" featured Lee Soon Shin (IU) discovering that her mother Kim Jung Ae (Go Doo Shim) started work at a janitor to pay off the money Lee Soon Shin lost to a scam artist.
After the death of their father, the oldest daughter Lee Hye Shin (Son Tae Young) tells her mother Kim Jung Ae, "I'm sorry. If I didn't use dad's pension when I got married..." Kim Jung Ae answers, "What are you talking about" and stopped her daughter from worrying.
Kim Jung Ae decides to get a job but he only has two choices; working at a restaurant or working as a janitor. Kim Jung Ae decides to take the cleaning job since the pay is greater. Even though she tries to keep it a secret from her three daughters, somebody delivers the news to them.
Lee Soon Shin shows up where Kim Jung Ae is working and sees her mother treated unfairly by people passing by her and falling over. That night, Lee Soon Shin puts bandages on her mother's ankle and says, "I'm sorry. Mom, I'm sorry for everything" and begins to cry.
At the end of this episode, Lee Soon Shin decides to sign the contract Shin Joon Ho (Jo Jung Suk) offered her.
