"You're The Best Lee Soon Shin" Will IU Resort to Plastic Surgery?

"You're The Best Lee Soon Shin" IU cries once again.

April 7, an episode of the KBS weekend drama "You're The Best Lee Soon Shin" featured Shin Joon Ho taking Lee Soon Shin (IU) to see a plastic surgeon.

After receiving painful reviews of Lee Soon Shin's looks from people in the industry, Shin Hoon Ho takes Lee Soon Shin to the hospital where his father works as a plastic surgeon. Shin Joon Ho tells his father, "You know the trend these days, right? Not the common plastic-beauty but make her look naturally beautiful. I wouldn't ask you for favors like this but I came here in such short notice because I respect you for your work. Please do this for me as quickly as possible."

However, Lee Soon Shin leaves after making it clear that she does not want any plastic surgery. Ironically, it is the same hospital where Park Chan Woo (Go Joo Won) works. On her way out, Lee Soon Shin sees Park Chan Woo and her sister Lee Yoo Shin (Yoo In Na) and overhears their conversation.

Lee Yoon Shin tells Park Chan Woo, "I thought about what you said to me. Can we just stay as friends? Love is such an awkward between us. I'll forget that you ever said that. Love between us is so weird, right? Let's be friends. Forever."

Lee Soon Shin becomes devastated after hearing their conversation and walks away. Shin Joon Ho asks, "Who is it? Is it a guy that you like? That girl next to him was really good looking."

When Shin Joon Ho continues to try to convince Lee Soon Shin to get plastic surgery, she says, "I don't have passion and I don't even have endurance. On top of that I'm ugly. And that's why I've never confessed my love before. Plastic surgery? Okay. But what will that change? Just because my face gets prettier, does that mean that I'm going to be pretty on the inside?" and begins to cry hysterically.
