"IRIS 2" Lee Beom Soo begins his violent plans to get what he wants.
April 11, the 18th episode of the KBS drama "IRIS 2" featured Yoo Joong Won (Lee Beom Soo) scheming his way to reunite the North and the South using the atomic weapon.
Yoo Joong Won calls the North Korean government and says, "Please work harder to reunite the North and the South. I'm going to get my hands on an atomic weapon soon. As soon as I do, I'm going to shoot it in front of the American Embassy in Seoul. When that happens, take control of the South Korean military base."
Black (Kim Gab Soo) tells Yoo Joong Won, "I am on my way back from the South Korean Presidential residence. We might be able to get ahold of the atomic weapon easier than we expected. If we can only get one, how are you planning to use it?" Yoo Joong Won answers, "I'm going to blow up Seoul, of course. That will be when the North Korean soldiers begin moving into the South."
Black continues, "Atomic bomb used as a flare for a reunification. If it goes successfully, your motherland will need a new leader. That is the agreement I'm working on with the IRIS headquarters. I'll put you high in command when everything is complete."
