Britney Spears Loses 12 Pounds After Fat Shaming Comments; Refuses To Promote 'Pretty Girls' After Iggy Azalea Feud?

Britney Spears is ready to get her old body back. After seeing unflattering photos from her “Pretty Girls” music video shoot with Iggy Azalea, the singer was reportedly “horrified” and eager to lose some weight.

According to OK! magazine, Britney Spears lost 12 pounds after receiving backlash from fans in social media. The insider said that the 33-year-old was surprised when she saw how fat she looked in the photos. Spears reportedly went into a crash diet in an attempt to shred the unwanted pounds as quick possible.

"It was a big wake-up call and she's been religiously getting back into shape," the insider said.

Spears claimed that it was the "biggest she has ever been." She added that she was furious at herself for letting herself go.

The publication reported that Spears asked for more ab workouts from her trainer. She has also been watching she eats more closely, banning junk food from her entire diet.

After seeing how horrible she looked in the "Pretty Girls" music video with Iggy Azalea, the singer said that she will no longer be promoting the video. She allegedly did not care if their latest single will further crash down the sites.

"She'll always have bad memories of that video because of the unflattering pap shots during filming," the source said.

"There was no way she was going to promote it after that - she was too mortified."

The "Fancy" singer was reportedly upset with Britney's decision. She claimed that the song would have done much better if it was given more promotion given that fans have been waiting on the collaboration for so long.

In a recent Q&A Azalea reportedly blamed Spears for the "flop" music video.

"Its difficult to send a song up the charts without addition promo and tv performances etc. unforfunately im just featured," she said.
