"A Hundred Year's Inheritance" Eugene Loses Love and Career Because of Lee Jung Jin's Mother

"A Hundred Year's Inheritance" Eugene lets go of both love and career.

April 21, the 32nd episode of the MBC weekend drama "A Hundred Year's Inheritance" featured Min Chae Won (Eugene) getting threatened by Baek Sul Joo (Cha Hwa Yeon).

In order to separate Min Chae Won from her son, Lee Se Yoon (Lee Jung Jin), Baek Sul Joo tries everything. Three years ago, Baek Sul Joo had interfered with Lee Se Yoon's relationship with a woman named Eun Sul (Hwang Sun Hee) because she didn't like her. Baek Sul Joo eventually caused Lee Jung Jin's heart to break.

Baek Sul Joo currently believes that Lee Jung Jin is not on his right mind. She asks her son, "Do you want to go back to the hell that you experienced three years ago?" Lee Se Yoon answers, "Didn't you say that if I find somebody I like, you will look at our relationship from my viewpoint?" Baek Sul Joo does not budge regardless. She replies, "I never meant that I will accept a divorced woman."

Baek Sul Joo decides to go see Min Chae Won. Baek Sul Joo says, "There was a woman that my son really loved three years ago. I deathly hated her and my son deathly loved her. We fought like savages because of their relationship and what were left were scars that couldn't be healed."

She continues, "Around the timing when those scars were about to get healed, you appeared. When I think about the anger I felt when the dead Eun Sul was dating my son, it was much better than the situation with you involved. It is an impossible match even if you two were the last two people on earth. So don't waste your time and just stop now. It will be the best for all of us."

Bae Sul Joo adds, "If you ignore my warning, you can already figure out what will happen, right? Didn't you already experience it when you married Joo Ri's brother? I won't speak long. Don't scar your own family once more and take my words seriously."

Min Chae Won decides to push Lee Se Yoon away and quits from her job.
