Not "A Hundred Year's Inheritance" But "A Hundred Years of Suffering?"
"A Hundred Year's Inheritance" When will all the torture and suffering come to an end?
When Lee Se Yoon's (Lee Jung Jin) mother Baek Sul Joo (Cha Hwa Yeon) warns Min Chae Won (Eugene) to stay away from her son, Min Chae Won decides to quit from work. However, as soon as Lee Se Yoon finds out about her decision, he tells her to come back and rips up her quitting documents.
Lee Se Yoon then goes into Min Chae Won's home to say hello to her family members. However, when Min Hyo Dong (Jung Bo Suk) and Yang Choon Hee (Jeon In Hwa) recognize him as the son of the CEO at the company where Min Chae Won is working. In addition, they begin to worry even more when they realize he is the son of their childhood friend Baek Sul Joo from the same orphanage Min Chae Won's mother grew up in. One day, Yang Choon Hee runs into Baek Sul Joo at the funeral of the nun who used to take care of them at the orphanage.
The romantic man Kim Chul Kyu (Kim Won Young) has turned into a strange character and Baek Sul Joo has officially taken over the role as an evil antagonist after Bang Young Ja (Park Won Sook) stopped. It seems that everybody in the drama is after Min Chae Won and it doesn't seem as though she will get any peace anytime soon.
Min Chae Won is starting to seem like a character who was born to be stepped on and ordered around. Even though Lee Se Yoon takes charge and goes forward to make progress in his relationship with Min Chae Won, viewers feel that their romance is a bit rushed without any foundation.
It appears as though there will be some life changing secrets that will be revealed soon. Also, Baek Sul Joo is predicted to be preparing for a storm for Min Chae Won after Baek Sul Joo has been described as worse than Bang Young Ja.
Even though the plot is very repetitive and every issue revolves around making Min Chae Won's life miserable, "A Hundred Year's Inheritance" has been constantly in the No.1 and 2 places in terms of viewing rates. When will this nightmare end for poor Min Chae Won? Will it ever end?
