Seo In Guk Will Guest On 'Oh My Ghost'

Seo In Guk will follow his starring role in 'I Remember You' with a guest appearance on tvN's "Oh My Ghost." On August 19, the Korean outlet OSEN published an article which confirmed the cameo role of the solo vocalist and actor.

According to the report, the 27-year-old star will portray a chef on the supernatural series. His guest role on the drama is attributed to his friendship with director Yoo Jae Won. He previously worked with Yoo on the 2014 tvN series, "High School King of Savvy." 

Seo recently completed the KBS2 criminology drama "I Remember You." In the series, which was also known as "Hello Monster," he portrayed a high-profile criminal investigator. "I Remember You" also starred Jang Nara and benefitted from cameo appearances from stars including EXO's D.O. 

Seo In Guk captured the attention of K-pop fans in 2009 when he emerged as the champion of "Superstar K." His breakout acting role came through the hit tvN series, "Reply 1997." He has since appeared in other iconic roles including the superstitious security specialist, Kang Woo, in "Master's Sun." 

"Oh My Ghost" focuses on the tale of Na Bong Sun (Park Bo Young), a meek sous chef who is in love with a Kang Sun Woo, a renown restaurateur. Her personality is initially inhibited until she is possessed by Shin Soon Ae (Kim Seul Gi), a ghost with a grudge.  

"Oh My Ghost" will conclude its run on August 22.
