"Goddess of Marriage" Nam Sang Mi says she cannot marry Kim Ji Hoon after he secretly gives her $1 million to prepare for the wedding.

June 30, an episode of the new SBS drama "Goddess of Marriage" featured Song Ji Hye (Nam Sang Mi) and her fiancé Kang Tae Wook (Kim Ji Hoon) arguing about their plans for the future.

When Song Ji Hye returns from Jeju Island, Kang Tae Wook asks, "Is something wrong?" and makes her hesitate. Song Ji Hye had slept with a man named Kim Hyun Woo (Lee Sang Woo) during her trip.

Two months before their wedding, Kang Tae Wook becomes furious at Song Ji Hye, who dumped him but later apologizes.

Kang Tae Wook asks her why giving her the money for the wedding was such a wrong thing to do. Song Ji Hye answers, "In my logic, $1 million is a lot of money. In my logic, I don't understand why I need to prepare things that are worth $1 million to get married. I feel inadequate."

Song Ji Hye revealed her shame of having to secretly get his money to get married into a wealthy family. She yells at him asking why she has to go that far just to get married. Kang Tae Wook apologizes sincerely.
