Many fans of "The Voice" have been pretty happy with Gwen Stefani's performance as a mentor in its season 9 premiere.

Is Gwen Stefani working extra hard on "The Voice" season 9 so that producers would keep her as a mentor in the reality talent search's 10^th season?

It has been previously reported by Gossip Cop that though the No Doubt singer is sitting as a coach in "The Voice" season 9, Christina Aguilera will reportedly take her place in the next season.

Gwen Stefani doesn't seem to be one to hog the limelight especially since Christina Aguilera is one of the original coaches.

However, the No Doubt singer may feel the need to continue her gig as a mentor in "The Voice" after season 9 for the money. According to a report, Gwen's husband, Gavin Rossdale, is allegedly demanding big bucks from her amid their divorce.

Apparently, Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani didn't sign a prenup.

"Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune," a source reportedly told Radar Online. "He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons."

Gwen and Gavin Rossdale have three sons - Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 1.

"Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn't given a chunk of Gwen's fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well," the insider added.

"Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn't go after her money," the source is continued.

According to reports, the No Doubt singer is purportedly regretting not getting a prenup before marrying the Bush frontman.

"Gwen is said to be worth $120 million, while Gavin is only clocking in at $20 million," Celeb Dirty Laundry wrote. "'The Voice' judge feels Rossdale was lazy and didn't have as successful of a career because all Gavin does is 'play tennis and hang out' with the couple's former nanny."
